1. Privacy Policy

This English version is provided for reference only. In case of any discrepancy, the Vietnamese version prevails.

This Policy sets out how FUVE collects, uses, stores, shares and protects the personal data of Customers who use the website fuve.vn and attend FUVE 2027. It is based on the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15, the Law on E-commerce 2025 and related guiding regulations of Vietnam.

1.1. Definitions

Throughout the policies on fuve.vn, the following terms are understood as follows:

  1. "FUVE" or "the Organizer": FUVE Household Business, tax code 056204005729, address 106/6 Hoa Hung, Hoa Hung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, phone 0961647602; the event organizer, owner of fuve.vn and the controller and processor of personal data.

  2. "Customer": any individual who registers an account, purchases a ticket or attends an event organized by FUVE, including Vietnamese citizens and foreign nationals.

  3. "Identity document": Citizen Identity Card for Vietnamese citizens; valid passport for foreign nationals.

1.2. Purpose and scope of data collection

FUVE only collects data necessary for ticket sales, attendee verification and event operations:

  1. Full name and date of birth - to identify the ticket holder and verify age requirements for age-restricted ticket types and areas.

  2. Email address and phone number - to send e-tickets, event notices, support and complaint handling.

  3. Nickname - printed on the attendee badge and displayed in activities the Customer registers for.

  4. Transaction information (order code, amount, time, payment status) - to confirm payment, issue invoices, process refunds and reconcile.

FUVE does not receive or store card numbers, one-time passwords (OTP), bank passwords or PayPal passwords. All payment information is entered and processed directly on the VNPAY or PayPal payment gateway.

FUVE does not use personal data for third-party advertising and does not sell, rent or trade personal data in any form.

1.3. Data sharing

Personal data is shared only to the minimum extent necessary, in the following cases:

  1. With the VNPAY or PayPal payment gateway (order code and amount) to process payments, investigations and refunds.

  2. With technical infrastructure providers (server hosting, email services) to operate the website. These providers may only process data on FUVE's instructions and for no other purpose.

  3. With competent state authorities upon lawful request.

Outside these cases, FUVE only shares data with the Customer's separate and explicit consent.

1.4. Retention period

  1. Account data is retained while the account is active or until the Customer requests deletion.

  2. Transaction and invoice data is retained for the period required by Vietnamese laws on e-commerce, accounting and tax, even if the Customer has deleted their account.

1.5. Customers under 18

  1. Customers under 18 may register an account and purchase a ticket with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Obtaining this consent is the responsibility of the Customer and their family. When ordering, Customers under 18 must tick the box confirming that such consent has been obtained; FUVE stores this confirmation with the order data.

  2. Age is determined under Vietnamese law and applies equally to foreign nationals, regardless of the age of majority in their home country.

  3. Parents or legal guardians may request access to, correction or deletion of the data of a Customer under 18, or withdraw consent at any time, by sending a request as described in Section 1.7.

1.6. Photos and videos at the event

FUVE takes photos and videos in common areas of the event for archiving, communication and promotion. By attending, Customers agree that their image may appear in such materials. If a Customer does not want a specific image published, they may send a removal request with the link or screenshot to fuve.vietnam@gmail.com; FUVE will review and remove it from channels managed by FUVE.

1.7. Customer rights and how to exercise them

Customers have the following rights regarding their personal data:

  1. To be informed about the processing of their personal data;

  2. To access, view and request correction of their data;

  3. To request deletion of their data;

  4. To withdraw consent;

  5. To object to or request restriction of processing;

  6. To file complaints, denunciations or lawsuits in accordance with the law.

Requests should be sent to fuve.vietnam@gmail.com with the subject "[Personal Data] - account email address", in Vietnamese or English. FUVE will acknowledge receipt within 02 (two) working days and process the request within the time limit prescribed by law.

If a Customer withdraws consent or requests deletion of mandatory data (full name, date of birth) before the event, FUVE will be unable to verify and provide the ticket; refunds in this case are governed by Section 6.

1.8. Security measures and incident handling

  1. The website fuve.vn uses HTTPS encrypted connections.

  2. Access to Customer data is granted only to Organizer members with related duties and is revoked when those duties end.

  3. In the event of a data breach, FUVE will notify affected Customers and competent authorities in accordance with the law.

1.9. Foreign Customers

The personal data of foreign Customers is processed and protected under Vietnamese law to the same standard as that of Vietnamese citizens. By registering an account, Customers acknowledge that their data will be collected and processed in Vietnam for the purpose of organizing the event.

1.10. Changes to this Policy

FUVE may update this Policy to comply with the law and actual operations. All changes are posted on this page with their effective date; material changes are notified by email to Customers with an account.

This Policy takes effect from 1 November 2026.
