4. Payment Policy

This English version is provided for reference only. In case of any discrepancy, the Vietnamese version prevails.

FUVE accepts online payments on fuve.vn through two gateways: VNPAY for Customers paying in Vietnam and PayPal for foreign Customers. An order is only recorded as paid once FUVE receives confirmation of a successful transaction from the relevant gateway.

4.1. Payment methods

  1. Via VNPAY (payment in VND), Customers may:

    1. Scan a VNPAY-QR code with a supported banking or e-wallet app;

    2. Use a domestic ATM card or bank account registered for online payment.

  2. Via PayPal (for foreign Customers), Customers pay with their PayPal balance or a card linked to their PayPal account.

FUVE does not accept direct bank transfers to any personal account, nor payments through any channel other than fuve.vn.

4.2. Payment process

  1. The Customer logs in to their FUVE account, selects a ticket type and reviews the order.

  2. The Customer ticks the box confirming they have read and agree to FUVE's policies.

  3. The Customer selects "Pay with VNPAY" or "Pay with PayPal" and is redirected to the gateway's payment page.

  4. The Customer completes payment following the gateway's instructions.

  5. After a successful transaction, the Customer is redirected back to fuve.vn and receives an order confirmation email.

4.3. Payment window and incomplete transactions

  1. Each order is held for 15 (fifteen) minutes. If payment is not completed within this time, the order is automatically cancelled and the ticket is released.

  2. If the Customer has been charged but the order has not been confirmed, the Customer should not pay again but should email FUVE with the order code and a screenshot of the transaction. FUVE will investigate with the payment gateway and handle the case under Section 2; if the transaction did not create a valid ticket, the amount will be refunded in full.

  3. If an order is charged twice, the duplicate payment will be refunded in full.

4.4. Payment via PayPal

  1. Ticket prices for PayPal payments are listed in US Dollars (USD) on the ticket page and include all taxes and fees.

  2. Any conversion into another currency is performed by PayPal or the Customer's card issuer at their own exchange rate. Currency conversion fees (if any) are borne by the Customer.

  3. Transactions via PayPal are also subject to PayPal's Terms of Use.

4.5. Payment security

  1. Card, bank account and PayPal account information is entered and processed on the VNPAY or PayPal system; FUVE does not receive or store such information.

  2. All transactions are encrypted and authenticated under the standards of the payment gateway and the issuing bank.

  3. FUVE does not sell tickets through third parties or agents. Tickets bought outside fuve.vn are not recognized or guaranteed by FUVE.
