Ticket prices displayed on fuve.vn are the final prices paid by the Customer, inclusive of taxes and all fees; FUVE does not charge any additional transaction or service fee at checkout.
3.1. Currency
Ticket prices paid via VNPAY are listed and paid in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Ticket prices paid via PayPal, for foreign Customers, are listed separately in US Dollars (USD) as set out in Section 4.4.
3.2. Prices by ticket type and sales phase

Each ticket type has its own price and benefits. Included benefits (attendee badge, gifts, accessible areas) are fully described on each ticket type's page before purchase.

FUVE may sell tickets in multiple phases (e.g. early sale, regular sale) at different prices. The timing and prices of each phase are announced in advance on the website and the official Facebook page.
3.3. Applicable price
The applicable price is the price displayed when the Customer confirms the order. Any later price change does not affect orders already paid. FUVE does not refund the difference if a later sales phase is cheaper or a promotion is offered.
3.4. Promotions and discount codes
The conditions and validity of each promotion are announced with that promotion. Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
3.5. Pricing errors
If a displayed price is clearly wrong due to a technical error, FUVE will contact the Customer to choose either to confirm the purchase at the correct price, or to cancel the order and receive a 100% refund.
3.6. Invoices
FUVE issues invoices upon the Customer's request. Customers requiring an invoice should send the invoice details (name, tax code and address for organizations; full name for individuals) together with the order code to fuve.vietnam@gmail.com within 48 hours of successful payment. After this period, FUVE will not accept invoice requests.
