By purchasing a ticket and attending FUVE 2027, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood and agree to comply with the following conditions and Code of Conduct. Violations may result in the Customer being refused service or removed from the event without a refund.
5.1. Ticket purchase and attendance conditions
-
One person - one account - one ticket. Each individual may register only one FUVE account, and each account may purchase only one ticket. Account information must be accurate and match the Customer's identity document, as tickets are tied to the attendee's identity.
-
Ticket approval. After payment, the Organizer verifies the information and approves the ticket. A ticket is only valid once approved. If a ticket is not approved for reasons not attributable to the Customer, the Customer receives a 100% refund under Section 6.
-
Age. Customers under 18 may purchase tickets with the consent of a parent or legal guardian as set out in Section 1.5. Certain ticket types, areas or activities have their own age restrictions, which are announced on the website and the official Facebook page before the event. The Organizer may check identity documents in these areas and refuse entry to Customers who do not meet the requirements.
-
Entry check-in. Customers must present the e-ticket QR code together with a valid original identity document (Citizen Identity Card for Vietnamese citizens, passport for foreign nationals). The information on the document must match the ticket.
-
Additional registered activities (Talent Show, Attendee Panel, Dealer Den, Conbook) are only available to Customers holding an approved ticket and are subject to each activity's own rules.
-
Program adjustments. The Organizer may adjust the schedule, content, guests or area layout to ensure safety and the progress of the event. Such adjustments do not affect the right to attend and are not grounds for a refund. Changes to the event date or venue are handled under Section 6.
5.2. Foreign Customers
-
Customers are solely responsible for their visa, entry documents, travel and accommodation. Visa refusal, denial of entry or changes to personal plans are not grounds for a refund.
-
Foreign Customers pay via PayPal under Section 4.4.
-
Foreign Customers must comply with Vietnamese law throughout the event, including rules on age, prohibited substances and content of printed or displayed materials, regardless of the rules in their home country.
-
These policies may be provided with an English translation for reference. In case of any discrepancy, the Vietnamese version prevails.
5.3. Attendee badge
-
Customers must wear the attendee badge in a clearly visible position at all times within the event area and present it when requested by Organizer staff.
-
The attendee badge is FUVE's property, is reserved for the person named on the ticket and may not be lent, rented or transferred.
-
Customers are responsible for keeping their attendee badge and e-ticket QR code safe. FUVE does not reissue lost or damaged attendee badges.
5.4. Behavior and consent
FUVE is a safe and welcoming space for everyone. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
-
Violence, threats or any behavior endangering people or property;
-
Harassment, stalking or bullying, including online, targeting attendees or Organizer staff;
-
Discrimination or insults based on age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, appearance, disability or beliefs;
-
Sexually suggestive or sexual behavior, or physical contact without consent;
-
Propaganda or promotion of political, religious or military content.
"Ask before you touch": Customers must ask before hugging, touching or making any physical contact with another person, including people wearing costumes. A refusal or silence means no consent.
5.5. Costumes and health safety
-
Customers wearing costumes with limited vision or mobility should be accompanied by a helper, rest and drink water regularly.
-
If showing signs of heat exhaustion, dizziness or fatigue, Customers should immediately notify Organizer staff or the medical area.
-
Customers must not touch, remove or damage other people's costumes or accessories without permission.
-
Rest and changing areas (if any) are reserved for persons designated by the Organizer.
5.6. Photography and filming
-
Customers may take photos and videos for personal purposes in common areas. Customers must ask before taking close-up photos or filming a specific person and respect any refusal.
-
No photography or filming in rest areas, changing areas or areas with no-photography signs.
-
Photography or filming for commercial, press or livestream purposes, or the use of drones, requires the Organizer's written approval.
-
The Organizer may request the removal of content containing inappropriate images that affect the event or other attendees.
-
Customers understand that appearing incidentally in photos or videos in crowded areas is difficult to avoid. Images taken by FUVE are used as set out in Section 1.6.
5.7. Clothing and props
-
Clothing must be decent and suitable for a public space. Revealing, sexually suggestive or sexual clothing; clothing related to politics, religion or the military; and oversized costumes that obstruct walkways are prohibited.
-
Real firearms, realistic replica firearms, weapons and sharp objects are prohibited. Weapon-shaped props made of soft, lightweight materials must be inspected by security at the entrance and must not be swung towards others.
-
Attendees not in costume must wear a top, bottoms and footwear within the event area.
-
The Organizer may require Customers to change or cover their clothing or leave props outside the event area.
5.8. Prohibited and restricted items
The following items and behaviors are strictly prohibited within the event area:

Items capable of causing injury, fire or explosion; fireworks, party poppers, glitter;

-
Bringing pets into the event area, except service animals for persons with disabilities.
Customers should also avoid bringing items with strong odors, loud noises, bright lights, or bulky items that take up space. This list may be supplemented according to the venue's rules.
5.9. Venue and property
-
Customers must respect other guests and staff in the building and comply with the venue's rules.
-
Do not sleep, lie down or block walkways and emergency exits.
-
Customers who damage property of the venue or the Organizer must compensate in accordance with the law.
-
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. FUVE receives lost items at the Help Desk but is not liable for loss, except where caused by the Organizer's fault.
5.10. Reporting violations
When encountering or witnessing a violation, Customers should immediately report to Organizer staff, the Help Desk or email fuve.vietnam@gmail.com. The reporter's identity is kept confidential. In a life-threatening emergency, Customers should first call 113 (Police) or 115 (Emergency medical services) before notifying the Organizer.
5.11. Handling violations
Depending on the severity, the Organizer applies one or more of the following measures:
-
Reminder and request to stop the behavior;
-
Temporary confiscation of prohibited items or a request to leave them outside the event area;
-
Removal from the event, revocation of the attendee badge and no ticket refund;
-
Refusal to sell tickets to the Customer for future FUVE events;
-
Referral to competent authorities where there are signs of a legal violation.
Serious violations (violence, sexual harassment, possession or use of prohibited substances) may be handled immediately from measure 3 onwards without prior warning. The Organizer may also act on behavior that harms the event or other attendees even if not specifically listed here. If the Customer disagrees with a decision, they may submit a written explanation by email within 07 (seven) days after the event ends for review.
